My lovely client sent this to me, following her reflexology appointment over the summer.
The blue line indicated the point her reflexology session finished. The session helped support marked stress reduction and the body entering a period of restoration.

Good quality sleep is important for our health and wellbeing. We can experience symptoms of decreased concentration, a reduction in our energy levels, a depleted immune response and mood swings if we are not getting enough sleep.
Several research studies have looked at the effectiveness of reflexology on our sleep. In all cases reflexology was found to make a positive difference to the subjects sleep.
Reflexology can effect us all differently, but if you are experiencing sleep issues why not give it a go 😊
