Good quality sleep is important for our health and wellbeing. We can experience symptoms of decreased concentration, a reduction in our energy levels, a depleted immune response and mood swings if we are not getting enough sleep.
Several research studies have looked at the effectiveness of reflexology on our sleep. In all cases reflexology was found to make a positive difference to the subjects sleep.
Reflexology can effect us all differently, but if you are experiencing sleep issues why not give it a go 😊
