Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

I decided to train as a Reflexologist after experiencing the support I felt from attending some sessions during a particularly stressful period of my life. I found reflexology helped me cope with the anxiety I was experiencing when combined with some needed refocus and life changes.

April is Stress Awareness Month

Reflexology can help if you are experiencing stress. I am currently studying Mindful Reflexology as part of my continued professional development. This course is aimed at developing my knowledge and ability to support my clients who are living with stress, anxiety and/or depression.
